When do I apply?
Applications are always accepted. However there is a waiting list. Students that are placed on the waiting list will be contacted if a space becomes available.
What happens after my child's name has been selected in the lottery process?
The lottery is held the 2nd Tuesday in March at the school. Parents/guardians of accepted students will be notified in writing and requested to submit the following documents:
1. Two Proofs of Residency (lease or mortgage statement and one utility bill or two utility bills) - gas, water and/or electric bills are the only utility bills accepted
If the parent/guardian resides with someone else, a notarized statement from the resident and two proofs of residency are required.
2. Photo I.D. for parent guardian
3. Custody Papers (if applicable)
4. Immunization record
5. Individualized Education Plan (if applicable)
6. Most recent report card
These documents must to be submitted for the application to be considered complete and to confirm your child's enrollment.
In the event an opening occurs in any grade during the school year, the next child on the waiting list of that grade is contacted by telephone, mail or email.
