Save the Date - GLA's 10th Anniversary Celebration is May 3rd!

Global Studies at GLA promotes cross-cultural learning and research on global issues that pose urgent and complex challenges to our world. This program prepares GLA's  students to be active, knowledgeable citizens of a global society. Through local, national, and international travel, students learn to understand how their actions as individuals impact the larger community. Most importantly, they learn to genuinely respect and accept the differences that make people and their cultures unique. The goal at GLA is to have their students think globally, but act locally - through volunteerism and service to the community.
Join us in supporting our 10th Anniversary fundraising event this May which will allow GLA to continue this very important program for its students. The fundraiser will take place on Wednesday, May 3 at 5:30 PM at the African American History Museum of Philadelphia.
